Routine Serves        

 

  • Routine Service – 1st attempt will be made within 72 hours

 

  • Routine Service fees start at $50.00

 

  • Up to 6 trips will be made as necessary per address to effect Service

 

  • Concurrent service documents at the same address start at $30.00

 

  • Routine Posting of Notices starts $50.00 

 

  • Notary fees are $10.00 per stamped page

 

  • Filing of your Proof of Service starting at $35.00

 

  • Restraining Orders – Please call for quote.

 

Rush Upgrades 

 

  • Rush – 1st attempt made within 24 hours Add $30.00

 

  • Urgent – 1st attempt made today Add $40.00

 

  • Special – 1st attempt made within 4 hours Add $70.00

 

  • Dedicated Server – For Stakeouts and Specific timed services please call for a quote.

What we do: (Draft, File & Serve)

We can prepare, file and serve your claim anywhere in California.  We may also aid in the collection of your judgment once you have obtained it. (example: Wage Garnishment, Bank Levy, Abstract of Judgment)

Prepare your Claim:

After you submit your Small Claims information form, we will prepare your claim.  Should we need additional information, our office will call or e-mail.  After the form is completed we will e-mail you a copy for your approval before filing it with the court.

File your Claim:

Our court personnel will file your case in the appropriate Small Claims court.  Once the case is filed you will receive a copy via e-mail.

 

 

Serving the Defendant:

One of our professional process servers will serve your claim.  You will be notified via e-mail if the case has been served or if the provided location is no longer good.  If you need a status update on the service attempts please e-mail your request.

​Filing the Proof of Service:​

After completion of service our office will generate a Proof of Service, have the server sign and date it and file the original with the proper court.  We will e-mail you a conformed copy of the proof of service.
